Answer:

No,it is not.

You could hardly complete my paper on time in 9th standard and my highest score in 9th was 69/100.But in tenth i followed this strategy which really helped me.

The strategy you have to followed will:

  • completed each and every exercise of NCERT (Yes the optional ones as well)
  • complete all exercises of the starting chapters in RD SHARMA but as the approach was not practical for all the chapters due to time constraint,
  • complete all HOTS and solved example.(The trick here is that teachers generally give questions for which they already have solutions.This creates the advantage)

You have to also complete some good questions from “Together with” . In my opinion if you complete all the questions from “Together with”, you are good to go as it has all the question bank from RD SHARMA and RS AGARWAL.

Papers can be practiced for oswal or you can search for past year paper.

In my opinion if you do the above and revise all the questions that you find tough/good (all good questions should be marked for revision) and solve say 10–15 papers before boards.(Please try to complete the paper in 2 hours and 30 mins and with practice reduce your time to 2 hours).

Nobody can stop you from getting a 100.Believe me , it is not as hard as you think.

Hope it will help

Answer:

TO GET THE PASS MARKS NCERT IS ENOUGH .

BUT IF YOU WANT TO GET GOOD MARKS

I WILL SAY TO DO ANY OTHER BOOK WITH NCERT. THIS IS NOT ONLY FOR BASIC MATH

THIS IS ALSO FOR STANDARD MATH FOR CLASS 10

NCERT = 60 %

OTHER = 40 %

____________

TOTAL = 100 %
