Hey dude u can gain 80 to 85 percent marks by reading ncert.. if u r in 10th class .
if you are in 12 then u can get 75 to 80 marks.

If you are talking about CBSE board, than you just try to cover some other important topics and search more about the topics that are not given in details in your book. Try to solve Physics numericals of other books. Try seeing online videos to cover and understand the basic concept.
