No , Newland's law of octaves is not applicable to all the three categories .

Category B and C are not following the Newland's law of octaves .

  • According to the Newland's law of octaves -

      "  Every eighth element show similar properties when arranged in increasing atomic mass . "

  • N , P and As show similar property but As is not eighth element from P .
  • B , Al and Ga show similar property but Al is not eighth element from Ga.
