Yes most of the vehicles in our sorrouding has non uniform velocity but the the very least in unifor velocity

yes,it is possible....
when a vehicle start moving from rest, it's velocity increase for sometime ,then its velocity may become constant for sometime and finally slow down and come to rest again The velocity of the vehicle is different at different Instant and so it has non uniform velocity.....
