Is our body a metal or non-metal ? Give reason to your answer.​

The human body is made up of cells and yes, human cells do have metals in it, e.g. Iron, Copper, Zinc, Magnesium, Iodine, etc are all found in the human blood. However, non-metals such as Carbon, Hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen are in far more abundance. So non-metals make a far more percentage of the human body....
