Yes. Our solar system is a  basic cell of universal matter

Our universe is very vast. Even scientists and science don't have exact and correct measurements of our universe. This is because, the universe is very big in size. It is very vast. We know that, Our Earth is a very large planet. Which have the area about 510.1 million km² . That is very big. Talking about our solar system then it is about 125 Astronomical Units. That is about 50000000 times of our planet earth. And our solar system is located inside the Milky way galaxy.

Our universe consists of various galaxies, these galaxies have millions of Systems. (Our Milky way's Solar system). These galaxies are very vast and so big. So, if we talk about our solar system, then it is a part of Milky way galaxy, Milky way galaxy is a part of our universe.

In the most simple language, our solar system is just a dot in the universe. So, from the above, we can conclude that, Our solar system is a basic cell of universal matter.
