1) A compound is a combination of more than one element.
A molecule is the smallest particle of an element or a compound.
Oxygen(O) is an element.
O2 - is a molecule which is formed by making a double bond with another Oxygen.
O3 - is a molecule as well, which comprises of three oxygens with two single bonds and one double bond. The resonance structure has a partial positive charge on the central Oxygen and partial negative charges on the end oxygens.

2) Elements are pure substance consisting of only one kind of atom. Molecules are group of chemically bonded atoms which may be of similar kind (as in case of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen etc..,) or of different types (hydrochloric acid, nitrogen dioxide).

Molecules have the tendency to maintain stability and can exist independently in nature. In case of hydrogen molecule, two atoms is always required in bond formation. A molecule can have different number of same type of atoms (ozone - 3 oxygen atoms whereas, oxygen - 2). Here I have mentioned that ozone contains oxygen atom. But ozone is a molecule (found in atmosphere) and oxygen is the element. So element is used to specify which kind of atom is present. We never mention how much atoms sum up for the element, as it is only qualitative measurement.

3) A molecule is the smallest particle of a substance that exists independently.Molecules of most elements are made up of only one of atom of that element. Oxygen, along with nitrogen, hydrogen, and chlorine are made up of two atoms.

4) The atomicity of a substance is the number of atoms that each molecule of the substance has. To illustrate this with an example, consider the reaction between hydrogen and oxygen to form water. Twomolecule of hydrogen react with onemolecule of oxygen to form two molecules of water....

No , Ozone isn't an element. It's a layer lying up there in Stratosphere (the 2nd layer of atmosphere). The function is this layer is to protect the surface of Earth from harmful UV rays.
Ozone layer had O3 molecules and this form of oxygen is also called ozone.

The element is the purest form of matter, you cannot break it down into pieces anymore. An element is made up of made up of atoms. Pure atoms.

No,molecule cannot be considered as element.

The atomicity of an element defined the how many atoms of a specific element is present in an element. and this causes change in properties of that molecule.
As in case of oxygen, O2 doesn't smells buy O3 smells like onion.
