yes of course! It is very important for our survival. As we know there is a hole in the ozone layer. Ozone layer protects us from uv radiations. These uv radiations are so harmful for us as it causes skin cancer. If ozone layer will finish or will get to an end then we will have to be very very sorry for our deeds done in past.
