Is PC a perpendicular bisector of AB? Explain your answer.

PC is not a perpendicular bisector of AB since only one arc has been drawn from red mark between A and P with a compass and the points P and C have been connected.

If we want to draw perpendicular bisector, then we have to mark two arcs which crosses each other by placing the compass on those two red marks on line AB.

Then we can join the new point with P and a perpendicular bisector is formed.
