No,It is not possible because photosynthesis mainly happen because of sunlight.If there is no sun light,The process stops.

A plant's Photosynthesis requires sunlight and CO2 which gets processed into energy for itself.Plants respire all the time, whether it is dark or light, because their cells need energy to stay alive. But they can only photosynthesize when they have light.
