As far as carbon and oxygen is concerned oxygen based respiration is the reverse ofphotosynthesis. If you mean can the light reactions be driven in reverse to produce light at visible wavelengths the answer is no.

photosynthesis is reversible

it is a long process but it comes back to home

Water (H2O) is oxidized to molecular oxygen (O2) in photosynthesis.

2H2O → 4H+ + 4e- + O2

Molecular oxygen (O2) is reduced to water (H2O) in aerobic respiration.

4H+ + 4e- + O2 → 2H2O

It's a long journey, but it comes back home.
