Yes plasma membrane.is permeable it allows only some substances through it it present in the cell

plasma membrane is permeable
→it has a property of permeability
→permeability is the property in which a substance enter into the body and go out
→that too it have the property of selective permeability
→so that it does not allow every substance to enter and go through it
→it selects the substance whether to go out of come in that is the reason it is called as selective permeability
→it is present in outer part of animal cell
→in plant cell it is called as cell membrane
