hi frnd,

plasma membrane is permeable

→it has a property of permeability

→permeability is the property in which a substance enter into the body and go out

→that too it have the property of selective permeability

→so that it does not allow every substance to enter and go through it

→it selects the substance whether to go out of come in that is the reason it is called as selective permeability

→it is present in outer part of animal cell

→in plant cell it is called as cell membrane
