plasamotomy is a type of fission which occurs in multinucleated protozoa.it is asexual reproduction of protozoa.in this cell divide in may daughter cell without mitosis.

a type of fission which is carried out by protozoan organisms which is an asexual mode of reproduction.....in this an adult parent undergoes cytokinesis and divided in 2 daughter cells..
the daughter cells again undergoes karyokniesis to reproduce.....
