no because it do not fulfills some critaria which is important to be considered as a planet

NO, BECAUSE THE PATH OF REVOLUTION OF PLUTO COMES IN THE NEPTUNE'S ORBIT AND THE SIZE OF PLANET IS VERY SMALL, I MEAN THE DIAMETER

Actually it was.But not now
As it's very small and doesn't have any particular orbit or axis.
So now we can say that it's not considered as a planet.
