actually yes,because
1) if there would be high population in any country not only in india then they will have to increase the agricultural growth to full fill the needs of the people.
2)if there would be high population then the mainland area will decrease so that there would be less place for rest generation to live and to goverment for development.
3)high population use more water,pollute the environment,increase the global warming due to which ozone layer break down and ultra violet rays reaches the earth and causes skin cancer.
THE PEOPLE SHOULD USE condoms TO CONTROL THE WORLD POPULATION.
