The Preamble is considered to be the very spirit of the constitution. It is what the whole constitution is built on. So, yes. It is a part of the constitution.

in 1960 supreme court stated that preamble is not a part of the indian constitution but in 1973 it stated that preamble is a part of the indian constitution .so the preamble is very much a part of the indian constitution.
