It is a membrane-bound structure containing the protoplasm. The protoplasm is the fluid living content of the cell. In certain references, protoplasm is a synonymous of the term cytoplasm. In other sources, the protoplasm includes the nucleoplasm.

Answer:

Protoplasm is the living and fluid component of the cell.

Explanation:

Living parts of a cell - protoplasm(cytoplasm+nucleus) plasma membrane, cytoplasm, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, golgi apparatus, ribosomes, lysosomes, centrioles, plastids.

Non living parts of a cell -  cell wall (plants only), vacuoles, granules ( cell inclusions)

Here, Protoplasm is fluid hence it is living as well as Fluid component
