i dont think so as we are using modern technology every time we think about to create something new and that is called development of brain...

yes as you can take example of google itself ... i.e if you search something on it and get answer then it is curiosity .... it is nature of human that we learn something we explore it , we also will also tell to other... the thing is knowledge is getting explored by the means of technology .. technology also develops curiosity and that the path for new discovery
