is really meditation help in increase in memory power??? did u experience it

yes im experience it i m doing meditation from 1 year and every new day i feel differ energy in my mind

Yes, it really help in increasing memory power...

I didnt experience it , but my uncle did , he daily meditates for 2 hr in a day , which resulted in sharp memory with patience behaviour ...
