Yes recycling should be compulsory because it is a process that converts waste things into new material.. Recycling's aim is to substituting the waste eco-friendly..for example plastic bottles, metallic things,paper and other things can be recycled by sending them to factories where they are moulded to form new material so there is no harmful effects of plastic ,paper .
