Answer :
No , it's not good .
Reservation is the main cause of the unemployment in India .
Because there are many people which are agree to work on the going wages but they are not able to get jobs due to reservation .
It is creating problems day by day for the general caste people .
In Haryana people criticized it too , but all in vain .
Many people were shoot out too , but all in vain .
If we want our country to be a developed country, we have to archieved the Reservation .
History of Reservation :
The reservation was applied in our country after independence by the descision of our former prime minister and vice Prime Minister , Pt. Jwahar LAL Nehru and Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel because of the reason that at the time of independence there were many poor people in our country especially the backward classes .
So , in the hope of equality they applied reservation for a short time but it still continues .
No one is abolishing it , this is all because they have the fear that they will not be back in rule after it .
But now the general caste people are being backward castes .
Shame on it .....=_="
I am hoping that someone from us will abolish reservation soon .
So , that there will be equality amongst our next generation .

It's a age old policy custom in India..
I don't know much about it...
But heard that its origin has its roots scattered in from the ancient times when 'untouchability'
Was spread. Caste system were prevalent and the so-called varna system.....
It was a matter of great problem arising in the just-developing India..

So the government had to do something to prevent the domination of the high-caste people on the low - caste people..
so it finally issued a reservation policy....................................

well as you know friends that every coin has two sides head and the tail.. similarly this topic has two sides one
the " opposition" and another the "Ally group"
some propose that reservation is good....
some say it's bad..
let me provide both the sides..
opposition:
The present reservation system can, in fact, harm the economic structure of the country as it could bring down the efficiency of its labour. Many people argue against this as, for them, people’s right to equality is more important than efficiency of labour

However, let’s imagine two people. One is a neurosurgeon and performs your surgery which requires great skill and the other is a doctor who sits at his clinic and prescribes medicine for your cold. The fact that, maybe, the difference between their capability is judged merely by a minority or caste certificate speaks for itself. Visualising the situation makes things real and serious enough to give them a thought.
But I Strongly Believe That The Reservation ‘Crisis’ Could Become Dangerous If Not Solved..
I don't know about the ideas of other people....
But according to me it's good..
Because I really feel that the groups which could not get chance in the earlier times can very well get it now..
Though it may become a issue of Social disharmony..but still we are the sons of this great motherland(punya bhumi)
...if she can sacrifice many things for us....
why not we...????
