Is respiration is a endothermic/exothermic reaction.explain it​

Carbohydrates present in food are broken down to form glucose. This glucose combines with Oxygen in the cells of our body and provides energy. This reaction is known as respiration. Hence, respiration is considered as an exothermic reaction.

respiration is an exothermic process because when we inhale oxygen it reacts with glucose which gives us energy,carbon dioxide and some heat during the reaction...
