Is rich should only get all rights and poor should not get ? explain ?

Both rich and poor should have equal rights. If rich will have all the rights then they will misuse their rights that will create problems for the poor. If poor will have all the rights then they will use the powers in their way and will not understand what rich people need that will create problems for them.
