is right angle triangle an isosceles triangle, please help me out fast, please please please

It depends on question. If the question says that "Right angle triangle ABC is right angle at B and AB =BC....." then it could be isosceles triangle otherwise you cannot say that right angle triangles are isosceles triangle.
