Is rotating speed and circular motion both the same? Or are there any differences between the two?

Circular motion is the motion of the body around a fixed point where the point lies outside the body whereas in rotational motion the point lies inside the body.
Circular motion is caused due to the centripetal force on it whereas rotational motion is caused due to the torque acting on the body .
