yes it is because it is present inside our solar system.. but it is not natural occurring it is something that is send off to space by human.... but natural satellites like Moon and the moon of other planets are part of the solar system

Hey folk...
This is obvious that natural satellites are the part of solar system.
As far as artificial satellites are concerned ,
An artificial satellite will be part of our solar system if is inside it. If the satellite is outside the Termination Shock (Imaginary boundary of the solar system) then is not a part of the solar system.
