Is Silver Sulfide An Acid or Base?

It is a acid. This is because here it is not a oxide. All metal's oxide are base but here is a sulphide. Therefore, it is aacid.

Silver sulfide is one of ionic compound which is formed among the silver as well as the sulfur ions. it give up over the one electron to become the best silver in Ag+1 and here sulfur need to two electrons to fill valence part of shell and it is outer part of the election cloud. It helps for the student to get right answer.
