⭐ Each sperm is an independent single-celled organism.

⭐ The mature sperm cell is 0.05 mm long. It consists of head, neck and tail. The head consists of nucleus which contains 23 chromosomes.

⭐ The human sperm is haploid. It contains 23 chromosomes which then comes in contact with 23 chromosomes of female egg and results in formation of a diploid zygote.
