I think NO.

Even though he was the supreme commander of INA, the contribution of INA is the hostage of flag on the hilltops of Kohima and later at Imphal.

Whereas subhas contributed as a Congress leader. He played a major role in students, youth and labour movements.

Bose was elected to the post of chief executive officer of Calcutta Corporation. He was elected the president of all India trade union Congress. He was elected mayor of Calcutta while in jail in 1930. He was the unofficial ambassador of India's freedom in Europe. He organised a new party known as forward bloc. He became the President of Indian Independence League and the supreme commander of INA.
