no subtraction is not commutative to rational numbers because,
For commutative
A-B=B-A
but this is not follow by subtraction
for example
A=4/5 & B=3/5
then,
4/5-3/5=1/5
&
3/5-4/5=-1/5
1/5 is not equal to -1/5
