well this is a tough one.....but hard work ,works best in presence of talent but not all are born with a talent ...so with their determination and dedication they can create their own talent with the help of hard work

Hardwork is more important than talent because if the talented doesn't work hard to sharpen own talent then that talent will soon be of no use
