No the balanced diet is different for a labourer and a child.

  • This is because the amount of diet that is consumed by a person it depends on the age of the person and also upon the hard work of physical labour that is done by that particular person.

  • As a result of this the amount of diet and protein that should be consumed by a labourer should be much much higher as compared to the diet that a child should consume. In addition to this a child should have lesser amount of food.

the diet of child and labourer r different because a labourer does a lot of work and does he needs more proteins and carbohydrates where as a child does not needs so much proteins as a child does not has many physical activities
