It is doubtless that Caste system is unfair. Let's take the topic about Reservation. Caste is mentioned even in the Government jobs and the heigher paid or heigher ranks job even in IIT . The harmful effect of Caste system is that the one who has much knowledge(General category) in comparison to other (Bow general) get not qualified. so we can think of our Nation's future.
