Ciao,
distilled water is neutral .and you came to know about this by its pH which is 10^7 .this is the pH of neutral things .pH scale is from 10^1 to 10^14 .7 is neutral and above 7 the substance becomes basic and below 7 from10^1 to 10^6 substance is acidic.
pH is negative log for hydrogen atom.
i hope it will help you stay blessed☺

himanshu1376: thank you
gamingnishanth: my pleasure bro
hira62: ph is the potential of hydrogen means used to check its acidity, basisity or neutralness .and is from 1 to 14 in which 7 is neutrla
himanshu1376: thank you
hira62: no worries☺
himanshu1376: worries means
gamingnishanth: worries means problems
hira62: if someone says Thank you then we can say no worries in the answer .means koi masla nhi

Distilled water is neutral in character, i.e. it is neither acidic nor basic.Neutral nature of distilled water can be verified by the use of blue and red litmus paper. Distilled water does not change the colour of either blue or red litmus paper.
