Distilled water is neutral.
One can verify it by putting both red and blue litmus paper in the water. None of them will change their colour.

Answer:If the pH scale measure is 7.

There is another way, if you drink it, you feel like drinking boiled water, which is cool. Distilled water does not contain any salts
