Is the electric field in the wires of the parallel circuit always the same and how that affects current?

No, the electric field through the main wire is not the same as that through the two resistors. The electric field is a continuously varying field, and isn't necessarily the same at any two points in a circuit. Hope it helps!!! Keep rocking!
