the friction between wheel and ground is More
because every object is more attracted ground

AbhayKaushikn: thank you....
affanCP: welcome

The friction between the wheel and car is the cause of the forward motion of car.
The friction between the brakes and the wheel is what stops the car.
So , these two are opposite forces.
In case the car is being stopped , friction between the brakes and the wheel will be more than the friction between the ground and the wheel.

AbhayKaushikn: But, I feel that as the whole weight of object is supported by wheels, the interlocking is more in case of ground and wheels than by brakes isnt that true...?
Anonymous: But as the car is moving , the time of impact will be negligible as rolling Friction is least! So , you can't go that way!
AbhayKaushikn: so...can you please give me one more good explanation...
Anonymous: That's (⬆) the best I can provide!
