Explanation:Yes, the government is doing more than enough to ensure poor social services delivery are protectect. A good example is my country Tanzania, the current president Magufuli has been able to reduce large percent of corrupt leader present in the government moreover also the people who are members of the parliament were also taken into consideration if found engaged in such prohibited matter. Thus due to such an action this shows openly that the government is doing enough to ensure poor social delivery are protected. In Tanzania now people are given the social services equally without regarding ones status , thus if it's health matters everyone has to be treated fairly and not according to wealth one should be treated first. Although typically can't assure that all people are treated fairly but to the largest percent i have observed it is enough to say the government has worked enough
