No the heat is not a fluid as heat is not burned, heat is released. Heat is a form of energy..

Heat is a form of energy
We can't say that heat is a fluid. But it acts as a fluid. We can understand it better with an example. Water always flows from high level to low level.
Similarly the heat gets treansferred from high temperature​ to low temperature i.e from hotter to colder substance. Just like a fluid
