No the heat is not a fluid as heat is not burned, heat is released. Heat is a form of energy..

Heat is a form of energy
We can't say that heat is a fluid. But it acts as a fluid. We can understand it better with an example. Water always flows from high level to low level.
Similarly the heat gets treansferred from high temperature to low temperature i.e from hotter to colder substance. Just like a fluid
