The 'Heaven of freedom' Tagore talks about is a place where everyone can live with dignity and without an kind of oppression.The people are not divided by their differences.People can freely avail knowledge and not be intolerant and prejudiced.They work hard enough to achieve perfection.They are brave enough to stand up for what they believe and are guided by reason rather than routine,meaningless tradition.He wants them to be led by God to think and act correctly.That is the heaven of freedom in which he wants his countrymen to dwell which can only be achieved by continuous effort of people.
