Is the idea of “history” biased against cultures and groups of people that keep fewer written records? If so, how can historians tell their stories?

No,its not baised against that, its based according to that written records which were written by the people in ancient times. And we use to follow those written records. Because we don't have any other prooves by which we can know the history.
