Is the low value work attached to womens house hold and care givig a society matter

Women caregivers have high level of workload and low level of value because they are not paid for the household works. But their work is equally important because without house management, nobody can live in a hygienic state.

According to the society, women who perform daily household works cannot have the same value of working women because they are not earning anything from outside.  

But their labour and efforts invested on the household works are equally important.
