i also heard that but , think about about this who will going to choose harder one?? and if u say that they give us a choice on a condition that if u will choose hard one u will be able to take science stream and commerce and if not then u have to take arts then the students will choose easier one first and after getting good marks they will turn to science and commerce so it's not possible
