11*2=x+x+2+x+4+x+6+x+8
22-20=5x
2=5x
X=2/5

mean = (x+x+2+x+4+x+6+x+8)/5
=(5x+20)/5
=X+4
therefore x+4=11
or x=11-4
or, x=7

therefore mean of first four observation is= (7+9+11+13)/4
=40/4
