No, the meaning of weak acids are different from that of the dilute acids. The weak acids do not dissociate or ionize completely and they contribute only a small amount of H+ ions to the solution. Whereas the dilute acids are those that have been formed by mixing more solvent with the acid so as to reduce the acid concentration in the solution. So mind that weak acids can also be diluted.

chemically they are completely different .
weak acid means it has less ka value..that is less dissociation constant..for example CH3COOH is a weak acid....because the dissociation of CH3COO- and H+...Is less when compared to dissociation of HCl.....but dilute means adding solvent to it...simply reducing its concentration...please mind that both sting and weak acids can be diluted.
