Accelerated. It has constant speed, but not constant velocity. Since it is moving in a circular orbit, the body changes its direction of motion at every single instant (at a tangent). This implies that velocity is not constant. Hence, of velocity is not constant, acceleration occurs, since acceleration is change in velocity with respect to time.

Although, it may be also said that it has uniform circular motion, however, circular motion contains acceleration of v^2/r.
