No, the Brook moves with different speeds at different times. In beginning, the movement of the Brook is very fast as it flows down noisily over the mountains to reach the valley. Then it flows over the stones making its movement swift, bubbly and splashy. murmuring it reaches its destination at a very slow pace and becomes one with the brimming river. So the Brook sometimes move noisily, at a fast pace and sometimes very slowly .
