The movement of earth around the sun is uniform, the uniform motion is said same velocity in that particular area.

Explanation:

  • The motion of the body at several intervals is same, then which is said to be uniform in motion.
  • For the earth moving in th space surronding to sun is at constant velocity and is at known intervals covering the "365 days" in a year.
  • Hence, the uniform motion with constant veleocity and equal intervals of time period gives the exact Earth movement around the sun.
