Is the president of india to resign to whom he have to submit his redignation?

If the President of India desides to resign he might submit his resignation to > the Speaker of the Upper house, Rajyasabha, as the Post of the Presidium is highest & The Chair person of the Parliament(Upper house~Rajyasabha) he is the Vice President of India & is the Parellel Callibre to get it ..! Is't Right O.K. ..!!
