Sides of the triangle = 8 cm(a), 11 cm(b) , 13 cm(c)

Semi perimeter (s) = (a+b+c)/2

s = (8+11+13)/2

s = 32/2

s = 16 cm

According to heron's formula :-

Area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

= √16(16-8)(16-11)(16-13)

= √16×8×5×3

When we break the numbers :-

= √2×2×2×2×2×2×2×5×3

And when we will form pairs, and take them outside the root :-

= 2×2×2√2×5×3

Area of the triangle = 8√30 cm²
